Terms of Service

1. The Service

LaunchPad is an AI-powered product launch automation platform. It generates marketing content, manages social media scheduling, and provides analytics. Generated content is created automatically and may require your review before use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the product descriptions, stories, and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service. You represent that you have the right to share what you provide and that it does not infringe others' rights.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use LaunchPad to generate unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the free trial, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use another person's social media credentials without their consent.
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the service.

5. Plans, Limits & Payments

LaunchPad offers free and paid tiers, and every tier has limits:

• Free: 3 campaigns, 10 AI generations a month per email inbox once you confirm your email address, and 10 scheduled posts a month. The launch plan on our home page, without an account, is limited to one per browser a day.
• Starter ($19/month): 10 campaigns, 300 AI generations a month (up to 20 an hour) and 50 scheduled posts a month.
• Pro ($49/month): 50 campaigns, 1,000 AI generations a month (up to 50 an hour) and 200 scheduled posts a month.
• Enterprise ($149/month): 200 campaigns, 3,000 AI generations a month (up to 100 an hour) and 1,000 scheduled posts a month.

Monthly allowances renew on the 1st of each month (UTC) and don't carry over. A generation that fails isn't counted. To keep LaunchPad available to everyone, free AI generation may pause for the rest of a day when free use is at capacity, and AI generation may pause for the rest of a month on a paid account whose use costs far more than its plan normally does (fair use); contact us if you need more.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by LaunchPad is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for your specific use case.

7. Intellectual Property

The LaunchPad name, software, and design are owned by Nubri GmbH. Generated content may be used by you for any lawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers

We work to keep LaunchPad available but cannot promise it without interruption, and we do not promise specific results or that generated content will perform well on any platform. Statutory warranty rights are not affected.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

10. Termination

You may stop using LaunchPad at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with notice where practicable.

11. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days without giving a reason; the 14 days start on the day the contract is made. Tell us clearly by email to info@nubri.co or by letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany; you can use the form below, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough.

We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used. Because you asked at checkout for the service to start straight away, you pay for the share of the billing period up to your withdrawal.

12. Governing Law

German law applies; if you are a consumer, the protective rules of the country where you live still apply. For merchants, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.
