1. The Service

LaunchPad is an AI-powered product launch automation platform. It generates marketing content, manages social media scheduling, and provides analytics. Generated content is created automatically and may require your review before use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the product descriptions, stories, and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service. You represent that you have the right to share what you provide and that it does not infringe others' rights.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use LaunchPad to generate unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the free trial, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use another person's social media credentials without their consent.
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

LaunchPad offers free and paid tiers. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by LaunchPad is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for your specific use case.

7. Intellectual Property

The LaunchPad name, software, and design are owned by Nubri GmbH. Generated content may be used by you for any lawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, or that generated content will perform well on any platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nubri GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using LaunchPad at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with notice where practicable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. The courts of Berlin, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction.
