Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LaunchPad is run by Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany (info@nubri.co), the controller for the data described here.

2. What we store

• Account: name, email address, a bcrypt-hashed password, whether you confirmed your email, your plan, AI usage counts and your Stripe customer number. Stripe handles card details.
• Campaigns: the product descriptions and materials you enter, generated content, SEO data and scheduled posts.
• Connected social accounts: the access tokens you grant (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), used only to publish what you schedule.
• Free launch plan on our home page: your product description, the plan, a hash of browser properties (user agent, language, screen, time zone, CPU count) and your network address, to limit free plans. If you enter your email address there, we store it with where you came from, send you the plan, and may write to you about LaunchPad; ask us at any time to stop and delete it.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message, sent to us by email.

3. AI processing

Your descriptions and materials are sent to AI models on Amazon Bedrock (AWS) to generate content. AWS does not use them to train models.

4. Why, and on what basis

We process data to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to keep it secure and limit abuse of free use, to understand which channels bring visitors, and to follow up on launch-plan requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Who processes data for us

• Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, AI models, email)
• Stripe (payments)
• The social networks you connect (X, and others when available), under their own policies

Transfers to the United States rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, email info@nubri.co from your account address; we do it within 30 days. Free launch plans and their usage records are kept for limiting free use. Invoices are kept as tax law requires (up to 10 years).

7. Cookies and storage

We set no cookies. Your browser's local storage holds your sign-in token (if you sign in), a random visitor ID, where you first came from and whether you used today's free plan; we record the pages a visit starts on and the sign-up steps. No advertising or third-party tracking.

8. Server logs

Our web server logs each request: IP address, time, the address requested, the response, and your browser's user agent. We use the logs to keep the service running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); they are deleted automatically after at most 8 days.

9. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or export of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, including follow-up emails: email info@nubri.co. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
